My sweet friend Christa gave me these cute, vintage styled post it notes, so I wanted to make a little booklet to hold them in (otherwise my kids would discover them and use up a notepad in about 2.5 seconds).
I found this cool tutorial, and in no time, had whipped up this little book using the new February kit! It looks so cute sitting on my computer desk, ready for jotting down little notes! The cool thing is, once I use up a post-it pad, I can always adhere down a new one.

2 more layouts from me!
Ok, so did I say how much I really liked this month's kit??? I think that was an understatement! I LOVE IT!
Two layouts that I really wanted to do.......well, the pics have been sitting here for a while! I love this October Afternoon paper, and the little frill from the Sassafrass paper! I love it! There is nothing overly special about it, but, I just like how this one makes me feel!

A little fun with the February Kit!
Wow, what a fun time I had with the February Scripts Kit!
First off, that American Crafts paper, goodness, that is cute! Paired with the canvas, and a little bit of October Afternoon goodness! Yes ma'am! I love it!
Here are two layouts I did with this month's kit, and let me say, I think I have had the most fun with this one! I've made a total of 5 layouts so far, and I plan to make a few cards with my leftover scraps! My creative spirits were at their fullest.......and I like it!

Christmas Memories (from Anna Bess Simmons)
We got to connect with one of our Wrapper's Delight Christmas Event attendees, Anna Bess Simmons, last year, and just were knocked off of our socks to see all her wonderful designs!
She got to play with the Scrap Etc. Scripts December kit and create a Christmas Memories album from it. Here's what she created:
This is what Anna Bess had to say:
The materials for this project came from the "MOST AWESOME" December Scripts Kit. I truly believe I used every single piece of goodness in that kit. So fabulous what those girls put together! Thanks Lucy for this opportunity! I also included alot of my own stash as well.
I hope you enjoy looking at my project as much as I enjoyed putting it together. Each page is like a mini canvas, telling its own story! THANKS!! I had SO much fun!

With a Cherry on Top (Elizabeth Bailey)
Here's one more delightful treat from Elizabeth's layouts with the January Scripts kit!
Elizabeth said,
Some recent pictures of my husband's 29th birthday. Tried to keep this one more masculine with black, grey, and red tones. I applied the red Doodlebug flock to the Heidi Swapp letters and it just feels so soft.

My Love (Elizabeth Bailey)
Here's some more work from Elizabeth Bailey using the January kit! I just love those nested hearts and the strip of photos & cardstock. Elizabeth says:
I was beside myself to see the beautiful damask paper by GCD studios in this kit that matched perfectly with the Valentine photo session I did with my daughter. I attached 2 of the Valentine cards that I designed this year. The stitched pink heart layers were inspired by the applique that was on the side of the red dress.

Living (Elizabeth Bailey)
We have some fabulous submissions from one of the Scrap Etc. Designers, Elizabeth Bailey, with the January Scripts kit that I just had to share with you guys this week! Elizabeth is one of my favorite designers... her work seriously inspired me to go sit down and scrap right now!
Here's what Elizabeth had to say:
I was so lucky to get to work with the January Scripts kit this month! I pulled everything out of the bag, and these layouts literally put themselves together, being the perfect mix of products to go with some recent pictures I had taken. If the January kit was this pretty, I can't wait to see what the February Scripts kit has in store!
"Living"
This layout was inspired by the latest One Little Word Challenge: "Living", and the newest Inspired Blueprints #9 sketch. I love mixing red and blue together, and isn't that zebra print from American Crafts just a lot of fun!

Having a little fun with the January kit!
Well, I finally picked up my Scripts kit and had a little time today to play with it! Oh my! What a fun kit!!
When I stopped into Scrap ETC it feels like it's been so long since I've been in! Marathon/Cruise/CHA.......heck, it's a hard life, I tell ya!
Anyways, here's a layout I made, totally scraplifted Elizabeth Kartchner...but I couldn't help it! Her LO in Creating Keepsakes just made me want to make a cutie pie page! Speaking of HER, I could just die at the thought of her teaching at the EVENT in April! Oh my! I am just going to soak it up! She told us a little about her potential project, and YIPPEE!
Ok, I digress. Here's the layout! "We have a sister kind of fun"
And, then a little photo book, again, totally inspired by Virginia Tillery on this one! She always rocks these little flip books, so I had to do one for the hubby for Heart Day!
So, how come no one told me how extremely cool this Doodlebug Flocked Velvet is?! Goodness, I could just eat it up! How fun!
And, finally, here's a fun layout of my little man, after his first experience on Rock n Roller Coaster! He wanted so badly to ride it the few trips before, and finally.......yes, finally, he could do it! Yeah!
I love the Basic Grey paper, and these glossy Heidi Swapp Letters, goodness they are cute!
Ok, I am on a roll, bring on the February Scripts Kit!

Footloose and Fancy Free
I loved the look of determination on Sabriel's face as I looked at these first pictures of her walking. So cute!
I used my new (coughobsessioncough) butterfly punch from Martha Stewart to add the butterflies on this page, some black bling from the October Scripts kit, and a couple of buttons from my stash. Otherwise, this is all from the January Scripts scrapbooking kit!
I also wanted to add onto this post- if there are any techniques or special ideas you'd like to challenge our Scrap Etc. Scripts design team to try out and explain on here, please feel free to leave your ideas in the comments! We love to explain things we've tried or tackle new challenges. :)
